This company is the ABSOLUTE greatest to have a home inspection done. Shane was outstanding in that he provided extremely excellent feedback on the home I was contracted to purchase. He was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The inspection report was easy to understand and pictures were provided for places that I couldn't get to such as the attic and crawl space. The report was back to me the evening that the home inspection was done. If you are looking for superb customer service, this company is absolutely the way to go!

I had a great experience from the beginning! They responded very quickly and had availability to do the inspection the next day after initial contact. John, the inspector, was great. He showed up a little earlier than the appointment time and was very knowledgable, professional, and personable. He was thorough and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. LodeStar was so responsive and professional and easy to work with. Jennifer was wonderful on the phone, very helpful and explained everything clearly.
