We used Assured Document Destruction to shred documents recently. The company was very helpful and even gave us an approximate price. Their driver was prompt and very helpful in loading the documents for destruction. Definitely would highly recommend them when destruction is needed.

The company is very professional and quite kind. The shredder showed up early and they got through all the piled up documents in no time. Everyone I talked to, from scheduling to the representative that came to my home to pick up the Shredding boxes, were nothing but professional. We had a challenging job up in Prescott, with the 300+ boxes in a basement storage room and a looming deadline on top of it all. Scheduling it was great, they worked us in on our tight timeline. The team showed up a little earlier than expected and they were right on task, friendly and efficient. They were absolutely up to the task and it was all done in a couple of hours. Amazing!

Assured Document Destruction came through for my company big time! Their service was amazing and so responsive all via email which made it so much easier for me. They saved me from having to box up all the documents and removed everything from the 12 lateral file cabinet drawers that had to go for us. And in record time - it took them all of 30 minutes. OUTSTANDING SERVICE! From the beginning to the end. I filled out their request online and had a response with pricing within 30 minutes tops. I was scheduled and knew exactly what to expect in 2 emails. They communicated exactly as they had promised ( if not better ). The driver (Jack) was so polite and appropriately attired for today's environment. They "chew up" everything right in front of you too. Its pretty cool. Totally reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Great Service - Terri helped me arrange for an appointment when I had a very tight schedule. I was only in town for 48 hours to help take care of my sick mothers important documents. Eddie was able to make an adjustment to his pick-up schedule in order so I would be able to get the Shredding done and make my Flight out of town. I felt very comfortable that our Confidential Documents were destroyed securely. I wish they were also located in Illinois. I would use them at least once a year. Excellent service!

This company is so professional. Received an email directly after I made an appointment as well as a reminder email. The driver called me first thing in the morning to reconfirm my 2 hour window and then called when he was a few minutes out. The truck drove up and in a matter of minutes, years of accumulated documents were shredded. My mind is at easy and the cost is incredibly affordable compared to countless hours of shredding with a shredder that takes a few pieces of paper at a time. Highly recommend this company.

My husband and I used Assured Document Destruction for the second time based on their excellent performance the first time (about 7 months ago). The driver/technician (Frank) arrived on time after calling us first giving a 2 hour window. He immediately went to work emptying our boxes into a container that dumped all of the contents into the shredder inside the truck. We were able to view the actual shredding taking place from a remote camera outside of the truck. The entire process took about 15 minutes (11 boxes of material were shredded). The company's Residential Security Specialist (Terri) coordinated the entire process and provided the documentation necessary to confirm the project. This company is extremely professional, courteous and ensures that it delivers what it promises. We will use them again!

As a small family owned business, we appreciate others like us. Assured Document Destruction is fantastic! I appreciate that they reach out to me on occasion to see if I am ready for some shredding - as a small business we often have a lot on our plate and it's nice to receive these kind reminders. We've used Assured a few times and they have been exceptional - yesterday was no exception. The whole process was smooth and professional, from receiving the documents online and scheduling with Terri; to the driver calling first thing in the morning to let me know my time frame for the day, arriving during the time frame, wearing a mask, pleasant, professional, efficient and I was able to pay right on the spot after the shredding was complete with a credit card - could not have been a better and more pleasant experience.
