TDS Telecommunications — Internet, telephone and terrible service
After 16 years of tds and no other option due to living in the blue ridge, ga rural area. Where do we start?
Confusing, unknowledgeable, frustrating customer service representatives. Call centers are overseas and and are actually collection and or payment centers.
No reference numbers or ticket numbers for future order change service correspondence.
Line upgrades, additions and changes are confusing. Constant follow up with internet and long distance over charge fees. (continental us long distance). We are not in the 80's and 90's.
Poor, outdated switches, routers and software and lets not speak of the 5 meg internet speeds!!!
Poorly trained contractors and employees.
Sales employees are in charge pf procuring upgrades and changes to your account and do not pay attention to the services you currently have and wipe out all of your features/services, add other services that are pro $sales comission oriented. No follow up from sales, service or customer support.
