Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to bring to your notice a very serious issue and the mental harassment I am facing due to the poor response from Tata Motors customer care and authorized service partner.
My Tata commercial truck bearing Vehicle No. MH04LH8773 has a PTO-related issue. Since yesterday, I have been repeatedly calling your toll-free number 1800 209 7979, but unfortunately none of the customer care executives even have basic knowledge about what a PTO is or how it functions in a commercial vehicle. It is extremely disappointing that such untrained personnel are handling technical complaints.
After multiple calls, somehow one executive, Mr. Tabrej, registered my complaint and assigned a technician from Garuda Motors. However, the technician did not resolve the issue at all. Instead, he forcefully demanded a visit charge of Rs. 800/- and threatened to take the truck key if the payment was not made. This behavior is completely unprofessional, unacceptable, and amounts to harassment.
Due to the negligence of the call center and the irresponsible conduct of Garuda Motors service staff, I am being mentally harassed and my vehicle is still non-operational, resulting in business loss.
I request Tata Motors to please take this matter very seriously and arrange for a competent and mature technical person to resolve my PTO issue at the earliest. Kindly also look into the behavior of the call center executives and Garuda Motors service team.
This is my humble request to resolve the issue immediately.
I hope for an urgent response and resolution.
