I relocated from New York City, NY to Los Angeles, CA in mid May 2022; AAA Transport coordinated my 2020 Toyota RAV4 relocation move. The service I received was VERY professional; in MY humble opinion they went out of their way to do their best for me! My contact, in the Company, was John; I have NOTHING but PRAISE for him and His Team: they were patient, concerned, kept me apprised of roadblocks, and kept me updated on the location of my SUV while in transit. The BEST part is: my RAV4 was picked up on 17 May 2022 and delivered the night of 19 May 2022 (more than exceeded my expectation). I would definitely use AAA Transporters again AND request the service of John; I'm DEFINITELY a SATISFIED Customer. Thank you!

I was late, and he he was on time! Waited until the last minute to get cash, or cashier check to pay the balance, and of course, had problems with both. AAA Transporters waited and was understanding. Not only was AAA the lowest priced, but pick-up and delivery was on time as expected.

The car's battery died during the transportation.
The driver was able to start it using the jump starter kit I had included. But it was an inconvenience. Which is why I shaved off a star from the ratings

Isaac was great through the whole process for shipping my vehicle from Houston to NJ it was a long trip over 1,500 and my vehicle got delivered on a timely manner and with no damage I will recommend him as an agent and recommend AAA transporters to anyone. Great Job guys.

Since the moment i decided to work with AAA i was happy the agent who walked through the process was Isaac he was very helpful in the entire transaction and was there to accomodate all my needs and his driver got my vehicle picked up on time and they deliver faster than what i thought. Everyone told me the delivery on that route was 10-12 days after pick up and AAA got it in Florida in 5 days after they pick it up.It was an amazing experience I will definitely recommend this company.
