Very disappointed in Target policy. Received angel as a gift at Christmas and it worked for two week's when the light's on the top half went out. Tried to fix by their direction;s, could not. Called number on the box, no help.went to Gurnee, Il store no help, callled Minnesota no help. Because we do not have a receipt or gift receipt, no one want's to claim resposibility.Every one said it is a seasonal item and the numbers are out of the system. Now I have a 69.99 angel that doesn't work. Thought a big Corp. like Target would stand behind what they sell especially with their name printed on the box. WRONG. Myself and daughter's will not shop at Target any More.

So says Target employee 123321. Calling people names to bolster Targets image is not your strong suit.
For someone with no retail experience you sure do go to bat for Target.

If You feel Target treats you poorly see post above as proof of how target really feels about customer service, do not shop there.

123321, next time you post ask an adult to help you with the keyboard.

If target has treated you poorly boycott the store and shop elsewhere.

I have worked there 3 years. They are the worst. We have ETL's that just graduated from TARGET college and are down right rude. They have never run a big business handling all kinds of workers. All the LOD's want is the person who will kiss their A**. I have no respect for Target. They treat the employees like crap and the customers the same way.

I don't know if it's Target, or if it's just the immature young people they hire to run a business. But they do need to improve the way they treat employees and customers. I have never worked for a company that treats it's lower people like they are nothing. Their attitude is getting someone new, pay less and lets make us LOTS of money. Don't appreciate the employee who dealt with the public to make them that DAMN dollar.

I know all about Capitalism Target takes full advantage of it. Not in an ethical way. I believe everyone should make money. But WHY only the TOP people. Who do they think makes their company run?

Target is an unscrupulous company. They do not look out for the welfare of the employee. Only it's top persons and how much their bonus will be at the end of the term.

Looks like Target should step up to the plate and deal with better manufacturers in the future and sell better quality products.

If you feel that Target mistreated you do not shop at Target.
Target IMHO has poor customer service.

I have worked for target for six years. I went out on sick leave to have a hole in my heart fixed. When I returned to work was asked to take a new position in a new department. I declined. they said it was alright would I like to take something else. I said sure. later that day a ETL called me in his office and started yelling at me that he's not doing this with me. I tried to say what are you talking about he said shut up i'm talking. He said that I had a negitive attiude. I was like what is he talking about he was never around me. He said he felt the vibes?. This man has many problems he makes everything personal he talks about my husband, kids and makes rude comments about them and they don't even work for target. We went to the H R office where he continued his ranting because I said I was going to tell my husband. That sent him over the top. I asked what were my options. H R said would I step down or transfer. I said transfer. They transfered me to a new store where they had no room for me. Had me pulling out skids weighing five hundred pounds or more with just returning back from the heart surgery. Still kept trying to make it when a ex co worker came in and told me the ETL from the other store said don't come back. thats was it. That is harassment in the first degree couldn't take no more. Target has done nothing to him about all of this. I'm looking into getting a lawyer. I even made a complaint with headquarters. Sad that Target operates in such a bad maner. they act like they don't but they do.
