Are continously hounding me with overdue payment reminders after I had agreed for a trial package with a 1 usd inital fee and now claiming over 200 usd from me. I have not used their service even for 1 minute but they keep sending remider emails to settle the overdue amount and I reply to each email that I do not aim to pay as I have not used the service but still they keep spamming with overdue reminder emails whose ferquency is almost daily in the last 3-4 days. They had also asked me to cancel the account which too I have done 2 or 3 times but that also doesnt work.

This is not a valid charge. I never agreed to the charge. I spoke with Sheena a number of times on the phone. Each time via email she offered me a reduced rate since I told her I was no longer interested in their service since they required a widget to be placed on my website. Go Daddy required a confirmation if someone was going to get access to my website. That process never took place since I did not authorize access to my website. Sheena keeps talking about their process and that my account was active and once it’s active there is no way they can issue a refund. That is simply ludicrous. I respectfully ask that this transaction be cancelled since again I did not agree to the charges, I rejected their offer for a discount, never used the service, it was never activated and their response to reject my cancellation is simply a money grab. Please cancel this transaction and refund my 225.99 charge.

This company is a scam. Once they have your payment account in their system, they will bill monthly despite multiple requests to cancel. You cannot talk to anyone and i am requesting a reunds for all the months that they processed payments with our approval. They promised 400 leads per months and we never received (1) lead.

Cancellation was requested 10 times. The only way we could stop the automatic payment was to change payment accounts. When you visited the website to cancel your account which was supposed to be cancelled after the first month, they added a disclaimer that stated, since you still "owned" money they would report you to the credit reporting agencies. They changed that recently.

I agreed to a 30 day trial offer with this company over three years ago. The trial expired and i chose not to activate this offer. On or about October 30, 2022, i received a “past due account” invoice from this firm for $169.49. The invoice acknowledged that they had no credit card on file, and threatened to report a non-payment to equifax and Transunion and thus harm my credit rating if i did not provide them with payment in the amount of $169.49. After receiving the first invoice, i requested a copy of the contract alleged, or some other evidence that i had actually engaged the firm and actually owed them $169.49. My request for this crucial validation was ignored. As of this date, i have not received any evidence that i engaged this firm. However, i am still receiving this “past due invoice” email daily, every day, and have been receiving this email now for 30 days or more.

Talks with Leads is shamble of a scam. I have Received emails… my Account has been closed & satisfied. However, this company began sending me emails that I have a balance of $168.35 due for leads generator… (April-June) stopped, after I responded with issue addressing emails & images of the balance satisfied & closed. Now I’ve recently began receiving emails again (November) “Hmm 🤔” from a different address. There is not a account number on the email, only an amount of $168.35 and the suggestion to pay the invoice.

Scam for additional funds. Because their product is not productive. Do not try them stay away!

They had a 2 week trial period. After it expired they didn't call me and just charged 112.99 for the month ahead. And another charge of $25 for a few SMS which is outrageous. Next day, I called in the morning and talk to the representative. She instructed me on how to terminate my account and then said it would take 7 to 10 working days to receive the refund. But, instead of refunding me the money from yesterday, they have charged me another $112.99. So, in total, I had 14 days free trial and only 1 day of service and sent a few SMS's and they charged me for a total of $250.98. This company is a scam.

This has already been submitted to the BBB and company was completely unresponsive and unhelpful so case had to be closed... We did a trial period with talkwithleads.com and the widget crashed parts of our website when we tried to install it. We tried everything, even giving Andy, rep of TalkwithLeads, access to the backend of our website. After trying to resolve it, it just didn't work so we got this email from Andy (see below) and which I responded "no thanks." A year later, we started getting invoices from them even after we were told our service was cancelled and they were in full knowledge of why we never could use their widget. After asking them multiple times to please cancel that invoice and sending them documentation showing it was for a service we were never able to make work, they keep giving us run-around and now they are threatening us with the outstanding amount being reported to credit score companies. I seek for resolution to this matter by cancelling the outstanding invoice for a service we were never able to use.

This company is nothing but a scam. I never competed a request for service and never provided a credit card as was a requirement. Nevertheless, they keep billing me (3 invoices per day) . I keep responding that I have no contractual association with the company.

From reading reviews, this is a common practice to try and extort money from individuals. STAY AWAY FROM ANY CONTACT WITH THIS COMPANY.

I tried talk with leads back in 2019 for one month. and I cancelled it after that.

At that time a verification code was needed to close the account.

It was already a struggle to get it.

However, I closed my account in 2019 (see attached) and these days (3 years later) I started receiving an invoice from them and they try to force me to pay for an account I cancelled 3 years ago.

They never tried to contact me before.

1) The first version of the reason for the invoice was that it was a promotional offer (see below)

2) the second version was that I had an account with them before and it's an overdue invoice.

Which one is it ?

They keep harrassing me to pay $168.37 and the period on the invoice mentioning july to august 2022.

Who are you trying to scam ?

I sign up for free trial. I haven't even received any links to set up and find out they have automatically to over £44 from my account. I am not interested in ther subscription because I don't understand how it works. I want my refund and cancellation. I didn't subscribe to £44 . The money was taken from my account on 16th April 2022 online from my account with my permission and authorisation.

This firm is a scam. We cancelled before our trial period was over and were still charged repeatedly. Their phone numbers for customer service simply advise you to email them. Contracting with this firm has resulted in an inability to cancel, being reported to the credit agencies, and a comment on our website that customers can't be connected because of non-payment. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. We read the negative reviews and were assured that we would be able to cancel. This is simply not true. Buyer beware.

I signed up with them to see if it would help my business. It did not so I tried to cancel. They kept hitting my account each month. I tried to cancel online through the website but when I would get to the page to cancel I would get a message "page not available try again later". When I called them they would tell me I could only cancel through the web site. This has gone on for over 6 months.

A complete scam. Stay away!

Talk with lead contacted me took 5 payments of £85 sterling and I never received one phone call

I've already done a complaint about them. Now they are asking me to remove all the bad reviews I've done to get my money back. I told them no way.

I did a review on them before. The cheated me out of 130 dollars after I cancelled their service after a few days. They refused to issue a refund. They spam me multiple times a week. Now, despite the fact I disputed the charge they have charged me twice more many months later, for 50 dollars and again for 130 dollars. They sent an email saying my subscription had "renewed". These people are total scammers. Stay away! Never give them your credit card or you'll be really sorry!

I received some calls from a person name Justin CSR. He said he was in Sebring. Do you have a branch of your company in Sebring, Florida? I am looking for information about this company. The real name, CEO, address, real phone number.

I am being billed for attorney site product that never worked and was cancelled years ago and they keep billing and taking funds out of my account and even on card not authorized. I wrote years ago and they nor my tech people could get it to work correctly so told them cancel and they keep billing me. Then when they finally years of cancelling by phone and email tell me that you have to do it on their form it makes you agree to pay all past balances which are all after my cancellations so makes it impossible to not get robbed and makes you sign that you owe something you don't. I am still being scammed and billed for product not used that did not work.

They sell a service where they put a widget on your site that calls you if someone inquires. And it works. But they offer a 14 day trial and even if you cancel (which I did) they keep charging you. I disputed this with my credit card company. Now they are threatening to go to the credit bureaus against me to hurt my credit! When you go to cancel they have a message "I wish to cancel and I regret you'll report my unpaid bill to the credit bureau". That's the only option to cancel! I email them and they don't reply. They finally replied and told me how to cancel, which I had already done 2 months ago (before a charge should have appeared). After my dispute they continue to tell the credit card company I never cancelled and they insist on being paid. They also keep spamming me. They keep emailing, texting and trying to call me telling me I owe them money! You can't call them. They cite "because of Covid-19" we can't answer your call. These guys are scammers through and through. Stay away!

I've been bombarded with text and spam from this despicable company for months. When I called them to complain about it, I was told (by one of their representatives) that asking to opt out (of something I never opted in to) will only result in getting more unwanted emails and texts from them. I'd love to know what can be done to put an end to this.
