Late and untimely message delivery
Messages delivered have importance only if delivered on time. Last 1 month we are observing lot of trouble with ur system. Messages are delivered late and sometime at night 2 o clock or 3 o clock in which our customers (parents) of children have strong objection. Using your services is jeopardising our image in the market. Also say eg if a student is absent on 27th n that message is not delivered on that day then it should be cancelled. Later same message gets delivered on say 30th then students parents claim
That the ward is present then why absent message has come.
We want to discontinue with your services and please refund our entire package charge with compensation extra for spoiling our reputation at least Rs 100000.

Poor product and service quality
We would like to bring to notice the pathetic service quality of smslane.com bulks sms provider. We own a stock market research company and decided to use smslane.com to provide sms service to our customers.
However, we observed that sms’s to few clients were not at al delivered on time. So we wrote the customer support asking them to look into the problem. We got all weird responses from them…

We replied back saying that is not what we asked. But we got no reply. The weird thing is that if you write email to them then they do not reply at all. You have to login to their account and then send a message to them from a link that they have. After that they reply with such inappropriate replies. We decided to try one more time and we wrote again:
SMS are not being delivered from your site. I checked my account, and
there are many sms which are still in submitted state . Fix it asap.

So, what kind of support system is this. Can’t they see my account and check that sms’s are in pending state.
Next we decided to call the landline number mentioned on their website [protected].
Remember, they say that they have 24*7 support, however, when we called the number was not reachable at all. We decided to move to other provider rather than beating head against smslane.com. Afterall, who knows what next problem we run into.
So, folks, please stay away from smslane. We still have sms credits in our account and I have attached snapshot as a proof to show that we were their users and their service is really really pathetic and unreliable. SMS’s are not delivered on time at all. You can clearly see in the snapshot that the sms is in submitted state for one of the users and also see the mail reply time that they sent us as written above.
Stay away from them.
