I never signed up for an account. They signed up my email and phone number apparently for one. Not once did i vist their website or log in until they sent me overdue payments to my email of 9.99. Saying "I dont have a CC on file" of course they dont...i never signed up for an account with you. Now in order to stop harassing me about overdue payments they want me to go onto their website log into "my account" and electronically say they can "report" me to credit bureaus if i dont put in CC info and settle up payment. What a bunch of scam artists with predatory practices. We will see what happens after i call them today since i saw a number on their webiste.

Recommendation: Stay away

They are doing the same to us, they called my dispatch and asked for the owners (me) email. Then we started getting these emails saying we owe them and they are going to report us to the credit bureau. I called the number, it was AI saying they would remove the email and now it was resolved. I never told it my email. They said there is no credit card on file, of course not! One time we did get an answer on email saying we have to login to cancel the subscription, but of course we do not have a login.
