On 17 May 2026 I ordered a 7piece George & Mason Patio table & Chairs, order no #212348361. On 22 May only the table was delivered. Immediately phoned the Courier and he informed me I will receive the chairs the next week. Spoke countless times to Takealot as well as emailed and every time they say they will get back to me. On 26 May I was informed the chairs was located in the warehouse and will be delivered. Today is 3 June I do not get any feedback or received my chairs. I am fed up never had this problem with Takealot. What can I do I need help this is terrible terrible service. I as a consumer have the right to receive all the items I purchases as I paid for it.
