Takealot team, it's been 3 weeks now.

My parcel is not being returned to me, my account is not being credited.

I logged a return on 19th November and it was canceled without any notice.

I relogged the return instantly just to be told that my first return was logged correct and the 2nd logged incorrectly.. So why was my first canceled in the first place?

Now I need to wait for my item to be returned before I can log a third return.

See attached screenshot, a link to dpd was shared to track the return, but now the tracking number is no longer valid.

I urgently need assistance with this to be sorted asap!

Please can someone just assist me for once and get my item returned or just refunded as I requested.

I have literally been waiting almost a month now and this is unacceptable.

Kindly advise I need to come down to your collection offices to get this sorted, or give me a call please!

May I please ask that i get a call from a manager who can get this sorted.

I have been back 'n forth with agents and no results at all!
