Takealot review: Client service is poor.

I bought a stanley 7 piece cordless kit. After a few months the batterycharger stopped working. I returned the charger as it was still under guarentee. The said i have to return all the items before they even check for the problem. I told them all the other items are 100% i dont want a full refund or return. They told me they want all the items back or they will be sending my charger back due to their policy. They also do no repairs so for what reason are they giving gaurentees then.
