Absolutely useless and terrible customer service received from this company Firstly I ordered stools from them expecting them to be tall enough but no they weren't they were barely big enough to seat children at that height, the stools arrive 1st of all in damaged packaging (2 boxes stuck together with cellotape and collapsed in on themselves and obviously short so I request for them to be sent back. A collection date was set so the driver arrives in a car not big enough to load the chairs so they reschedule, eventually a collection date was set again and the chairs were collected( by a very rude driver if I might add) Today I logged into the app and saw a message stating that my return and request for refund on the chairs has been declined and that I have been sent a email( not sure where this email was sent to because I didn't receive it). So I call their call center for answers, the lady that picks up refused to give me her name firstly and was very rude and unprofessional, she then goes on to tell me that the reason it was declined was because of the damaged packaging and that it should of been stated on the return that it was damaged but the product wasn't damaged so why would I have put that if it was the packaging. She refused to put me through to a manager and then dropped the call on me. They still have the product
