Takealot refund

On the 20/07/2021 I requested a refund as the system caused an issue making me pay twice.
Eft and also COD. I have been back and forth and I am not happy because its taking almost a whole month
to get this resolved I must say the finance/administration department is useless. I sent all proof required and still no response of my refund ([protected]). Do I have to contact my lawyers to handle this or what.

Takealot Not refunded me for a cancelled order

I ordered a Yi Nightscape Dash Cam worth R939 from them on the 19'th of July and they then cancelled the order saying they cannot get the product anymore. I paid for the product with Mobicred and I am currently paying monthly installments on this, I logged requests with Takealot for a refund but they are not responding to my ticket Ref #[protected].
I spoke with Mobicred and said they cannot do anything about it, Takealot has to refund.

Desired outcome: I want my refund as I am paying monthly interest on something they did not deliver

Takealot Online shopping

I have never experienced so much emotional distress and and anxiety with anyone my whole life. You [censored]ing said I will get my [censored] today before 5 pm, when that time comes you say the 10th? I'm suing for emotional stress! I have literally taken all the anxiety pills I have! Because of this kak. Y'all are paying my psychiatrist fees I'm done with this. Send all my money back and you will be hearing from my lawyer for everything you all have put me through. I have had 3 mental breakdowns in less than 24 hours. You guys are disrespectful and insensitive. I'm so hurt 😭 why would you lie to me like this? I want my money back and compensation for what you have put me through

I have ordered a (85-Piece Cake Decorating Kit with a Non-Slip Cake Turnable) Order number: [protected] on the 27th July 2021, but to my surprise I have received a 6-piece set today the 06th Aug 2021 . Now it looks like it was false advertisement from your website.

What I want right now is the correct product I have ordered, because I believe there must have been a mistake with my order.

Takealot Return

I had accidentally returned two items instead of one, I called the delivery line and I was told the item would be returned to me but even now I haven't received any feedback of when would the item be delivered. Inside the box I returned where two items, I realized after the delivery guy had picked up the parcel that even the item I did not wish to return was actually inside the box as well.

Takealot Product to be collected for return

Hi my name is Chantal and I was told that today my stuff will be collected for return, the guy that came to pick up the stuff did not even wait 5min for to go down, or for him to come to collect at my apartment. I'm very disappointed because I called him like straight after he left but he refuse to answer his phone. If this matter is not sorted out asap and my order is not collected today cause I can't sit at home and wait for rude people to come and my day gets wasted, I want the driver to be dealt with cause this is not proper customer service,

Takealot Support/delivery

I had a delivery today, the unit i ordered consists of 3 parts, and the unit delivered only has 2 parts.
TP-LINK DECOE4 (2-Pack) & DECOM3W Combo, we did not get the DECOM3W.
I have logged for a refund and return. MRRN-f6evx-7ed5

I called the support number
+[protected] what a sham, no answer waited online for 10 min and had to get back to work.
First time I have had to call and I an NOT impressed.

Desired outcome: Improved service please get people to answer the calls .

Takealot Taurus Window Cleaner 3.6V

Refer your order number [protected] - see photo.
The Taurus window washer is not working - the dirty liquid is leaking out through the ventilation openings. See photo.
The dirt from the window is not collecting in the container.
The dirty liquid is coming out the ventilation openings drips on the carpet leaving a huge mess.
It also leaves a streaky window and not, as expected, an evenly cleaned surface.

Desired outcome: Please repay my money. (R718). I am not interested in a replacement with the same make of product.

Takealot Service of the delivery driver

I am a customer for over a year. I am very disappointed with the service received by the driver today. Poor communication and attitude received was appaulling. The driver phoned me while I was at work. I told him my husband is at home, if no one comes out after I phoned my husband to please it with my neighbour. He cut the call with no response. When I got my neighbour said he told the driver to leave the delivery, he'll sign for it & will give it to me as he's done many times before. The driver did not reply him & just drove off. This is not professional.

Takealot Courier service reporting non delivery?

3 days in a row the courier company reported that they did nit find us at home for the delivery, BUT we were at home. They did not attempt to call us. The bell at the gate is in working condition. Do not understand the current situation.

Takealot Unprofessional conducts of the delivery lady

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Welly Tazzy i'm an assistance GM at The Gallagher Hotel and i'm livid due to you delivery lady's misbehavior towards me as she was delivering a package for Andrea who's one of our guest, she came looking for Andrea but she had no enough information like room number or is he staff or guest so we referred her to one of the companies on the same premise since she insisted that Andrea was staff so she came back after a while and at least she had called Andrea and got directed back to the hotel that's when she came screaming and shouting vulgar at me in front of other guests as well as my 2 Directors whom ended up escorting her outside i took these numbers from the boxes she delivered S131124155 & MDX60847170 i am sure i'm not the only one she did this too as she's got a bullish conduct which is bad for your company reputation please deal with her accordingly for me i need a formal apology from her in person my email is [protected]@empowerhospitality.com my Bosses email [protected]@empowerhospitality.com & [protected]@empowerhospitality.com.

Takealot Received only one item instead of the 6 advertised

Morning

My reference MRRN-am7n9-7dw6 I have already return the parcel but received a email that " We have received and evaluated your returned item however, noticed that you failed to include 5 x pieces of the set"
The argument is I never received 6 pieces therefore the return some one is not reading the complaints, this had been going on for a while please keep the money and remove all my information from Takealot I had supported Takealot for Years now and this is the first time that I received info to excuse bad service delivery or their suppliers mistake, I am disappointed in your response but accept there are people working for Takealot who had limited education and finesse to address a problem.

Takealot Canceled order (would like to get my money back as they had promised)

I have not been refunded my money back for the canceled order and on my app it says zero (0) credit still and it's been over a month.
I had paid cod (cash) if I could have my money refunded or account credited that would be much appreciated, because this is now an inconvenience to me also tries calling but no one ever got back to me

Takealot Delivery

I placed an order for my son's Birthday present on the 14th of July and paid immediately. Delivery was scheduled for 15 July.

My Wife is at home ALL DAY but on the App tracking facility all I receive is the following message :

Recipient wasn't available to take delivery, so we will reschedule.

This happened on the 15th of July, 16th July and Today on the 19th of July!

I double checked with the security Guard at the our Complex and NO ONE was there from TAKEALOT.

This is absolutely Horrible service from TAKEALOT!

I mailed TAKEALOT and got 1 response from a Siyamthanda Mathayi stating that they have received my funds... and will sms me when they will deliver.. Nothing about the current delivery issues and no further response on any of my complaints.

Takealot Vacuum

Good day.

I order a vacuum on the 3rd of July and it was supposed to be here on the 16th July and now they keep on moving the date how long must i waiting till i will get my vacuum?

And if i ask why they keep on saying they are waiting for more items from the suppliers.

Let me know how long must i still wait.

Takealot I'm complaining about a bad service I received

That man Oyama lied to me today saying I can't receive my parcel because they recieved the communication that no shipment is allowed to Soweto due to looting that's happening around the area. He literally said there is nothing he can do to assist me any further claiming he doesn't have the authority to get my parcel to be delivered to me. I then asked to talk to someone senior to him and he just said there's nothing different they will tell me different to what he was saying. I had to hold for almost an hour waiting to speak to the team leader. I then spoke to Sindy who said my parcel is on its way I must wait for it which was completely different to what Oyama said. I then told Sindy the reason I'm calling is that the center is not operational., the driver might return back with my parcel so I need the driver's phone number to liase with him. He said he will forward my numbers to the driver to contact me when they are in the center. Guess what nobody called me but now I received the message that the recipient was not available to collect. This happened after I explained to Sindy that I need my parcel because they are currently rebuilding my kitchen and I need it for tomorrow. Now I'm stuck. I'm very upset with the service I received from Oyama who blatantly lied to me and Sindy who didn't keep to his word that I will be called when the driver arrives. I waited and waited nothing.

Takealot Faulty item returned under warranty

I logged a faulty item, MRRN-q5bk7-kgj9, on the 3rd June 2021. It was received by the warehouse on the 7th June. Suddenly on the 9th June there were accessories missing? On the 11th June the "return was declined"? and on the 12th June it was "concluded".

I am not a "learnered person", but this is blatant theft by Take-a-lot.

Tershia T, Akhona Lilane, Revaunn Collins, Keegan Arendse, why do you not respond to my emails after the promises you made to me, and asking me to respond to your promises?
