Customer Service at Taco Bell/KFC 035718 at 3802 FM 762, Rosenberg, Texas 77469 on Friday, April 15, 2022 at 9:01 pm cashier Precious customer service was extremely unacceptable. Cashier failed to give me my full order, upon arriving home, realizing I was not give my full order drove back to said company, Upon knocking on the door the cashier opens door and tells me "I forgot my order", No "you didn't give me my full order". She proceeds to ROLL her eyes at me. I tried to open the door to tell her I did not appreciate her "eye roll". She immediately closed and locked the door called an individual in charge and made the incident appear to be me at fault. Her customer service skills were totally unacceptable. Her approach concerning the whole situation was totally uncalled for. The individual whom appeared to be in charge opened the door gave me the rest of my order, when I tried to explain the situation to him, he immediately went into a defensive stance in telling me it was me that should not have reacted that way, that he would talk to the cashier, he refused to give me her name, his name or corporate's phone number. I told him my food was cold and wanted compensation and he told me there would be no compensation again, with an attitude. I frequent this establishment at least twice a week. I told him I would not be coming back again and he had an I don't care attitude. I would like my full refund of $12.43 back. (order # 321196This attitude is totally unacceptable.
