I ordered a new internet account and was told I was to receive a $300 rebate card in July 2025. After 60 days no email no text no card so I called. After being on hold 40 min they nicely said they saw rebate and re applied for card. Waited another 60 days still nothing and they said the same thing. Here we are again another 60 days and I did receive email with approved card and a link which does not work and gave me an error message so another 30 min wait and after the 3rd transfer they said the rebate department is closed. Gave me 999-886-6663 number to call and that is not a working number...Please help
