I switched to T-mobile on 9/3/2025. I switched 2 lines, and I added a new line for my son. The phone agent said I will be getting free phones Galaxy S25 because they are having a promotion for switching and adding a line (which is currently being advertised online). I will be paying $100 for 3 lines monthly. I asked the agent multiple time and she repeated and confirmed the phones were free. I switched from my previous phone service that I have been with for 18 years because of the free phones. After I signed up, they started charging me $33 per phone and I have called multiple times to remove the charges. They keep telling me the phones were never free, and I will be paying $33 per phone for the next 24 months. What hurts me the most is the deception; they used false advertising to lure me in. I sent T-mobile an email to request a copy of the phone recording of me and the agent on that day, I needed that just to prove she lied, and I haven't received a response from T-Mobile.
Desired outcome: Remove the $33 monthly charges for the S25 Galaxy phones. The phone should be free.
