I signed on to T-Mobile in July 2025, for $45.00/mo, no activation fee, and Guaranteed 5 year Pricelock. While activating the agent offered me the Promotional deal: Switch my phone keep my number for $45.00/mo included with 5 year pricelock and I would also get a $300.00 prepaid visa/mastercard after 6-8 weeks.
I waited 10 weeks. I called at the beginning of October, pending. I call back on October 18,2025 and I was told that the request had not been submitted. So, the agent submitted the promo for processing. He said it takes 6 weeks for the processing to complete. I called back right before Thanksgiving. I was told it was still processing and it wouldn't be done until Dec 6, 2025.
I called today Dec. 9, 2025. The agent told me that it was still being processed and it wouldn't be ready until Dec. 28, 2025. He now said that it takes 10 weeks. I told him it has been 10 weeks, actually it's been 6 months. He didn't give any other explanation, "it's still being Processed."
This is totally ridiculous. It's a virtual card, there's nothing to make or mail. They keep giving me the "run-around"
First, they told me my bill would be $90.00/mo for both internet and mobile, my bill is $20 more. Aiso included was the Promo offer of a $300.00 prepaid card for switching my phone service. This was in July 2025.
I am still waiting for the $300.00 on Dec. 9, 2025. So, like I said, "Don't Believe the Promo Offers" from T-Mobile. They don't keep their word!
ps The internet service sucks...

Desired outcome: I would like for them to keep their word and give me my $300.00 prepaid card. Hopefully, the 5 year pricelock is real.
