I switched over to AT and T on May 10th of 2025. I contacted T Mobile to cancel all services. I paid off both watches on 5/10/2025. $206.24 from Truist account and $206.24 on my Navy Federal account. I had a EIP balance of $1267.67 as of 2025 which was the balance for the phones. On 5/12/2025 an amount of 326.57 was paid, On 6/30/2025, I paid $508.18 which was for the phones only. On 9/6/2025 I paid 601.64. Everything else was paid off. Somehow T _mobile has been charging me for 4 voices and 4 -wearables. I've only had two voices and two watches. The other two lines were tablets which were paid for as well. I had my wife suspend those lines because the tablets did not work -with apple phones. The phones I traded in to AT and T were under the [protected] number which was the IPHONE 15. The IPHONE Pro was under [protected]. However, they are billing us under the extra lines and tied the phones to those lines. They tied the [protected] number to Portable power box which was also paid for. That should not have a phone number. The phone numbers they are charging for now where not voices used or wearables. Those voices were extra lines and the two wearables as they claim are two tablets that were paid for. I am wondering if this is a practice they used to trump up charges on customers. That is the reason I left them because of all those lines and attaching the lines to different items on paper. If they do research, they will know that we never had 4 phones so why would you think I owe you a balance. I sent two certified mails and all receipts.
I have paid a total of $1,848.83 for the two wearable watches and the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15pro. Now you are creating charges using the extra lines. I transferred the watch lines and the phone lines with the phones to AT and T. The phones were traded in since 5/10/2025. When I saw you didn't cancel the other lines you received another letter telling you the request was made in May. Now you all are trying to make me pay for items that were already paid for. What is a timex standalone? Those were tablets not wearables. Where was the pass data on those 2 voices? There's not any because the lines I transferred were used for the two phones. I tried to work this out over the phone on 11/4/2025. However, Lesley M was rude. and Brenda R was rude. I didnt ask them to restore lines. I asked them to cancel everything. The watch lines were transfered to AT and T as stated earlier.
