I have never heard of this company, yet was charged $39.90 to my Mastercard on 12/02/2012, plus a $.40 "foreign transaction fee". I would appreciate an immediate refund. My contact info is Anne Hedleston, [protected]@setio.org.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
In my last credit card bill, I noticed a charge of € 42.32 (receipt number [protected]) without my concession. I request for immediate refund.
I'm not sure what this company does, and obviously there are many issues of unhappy people. I was charged as follow:
04/09/13 DEBIT CRD PURCHASE 04/08 SYSTWEAK KOELN DF 434258XXXXXX6901 [protected] ?MCC=5734 $29.95
I did not make this, nor authorized, any such purchase. Therefore I would be gratefully appreciate an immediate refund to my account.

REF.#[protected] ordered Reg Clean 3/6/2013 I was charged 29.95 twice the same day and I would now appreciate my money back as I was charged twice and for this I am not a happy customer.. cancel all further charges to my account which is vali until 5/5/2013. Please advised, the two charges below totaling $30.80 charged against my Visa card are unfamiliar to me. I do not know either or do I do business internationally.
