SysTools SysTools Vcard Import/Export Review: A Waste of Time and Money with Poor Customer Support

So, I had a chance to purchase SysTools Vcard import/export application to move some of my contact from Windows Live Mail to Outlook 2016. Not to brag, but I thought I had found the perfect solution to save my time. However, as the saying goes, ‘man plans, God laughs.’

To cut the story short, let me tell you that the application did not work at all. Can you imagine the frustration of transferring the contacts in a format that turned out to be useless to Outlook? I mean, what's the point of having an application if it doesn't do what it's meant to do?

The issue didn't end there. After realizing that the application was not worth a penny, I contacted their support team. Can you imagine the type of support I received? None at all! I found myself testing the application by myself, spending a considerable amount of time trying to resolve the problem. Mind you; the testing was meant for their support team, but I was left doing it for free.

Despite the amount of time and effort I put into the testing, their support team was as useful as a chocolate teapot. Not only they didn't help me resolve the problem, but they also refused to give me a refund. I repeat, what type of customer service is that?

I had enough disappointment having this application not function, and then to receive poor customer support on top of it was unsurprisingly frustrating. Eventually, I decide to purchase a competitor's product called OutlookTransfer. And after five minutes, everything worked like a charm!

In conclusion, I strongly advise you not to waste your time with SysTools. Don't put yourself on the line by purchasing a product that doesn't work, or you'll end up testing like a QA for free! And whatever you do, at all cost, avoid the poor customer support service that SysTools offers. If I were you, I would save my money and purchase a similar product from anywhere else.

SysTools SysTools Review: Poor Tool Functionality and Lack of Support Response

I recently gave SysTools (systoolsgroup.com) a try because I needed to migrate some content from Google Drive to another platform. Unfortunately, I ran into a lot of problems when attempting to use their tool, and despite my efforts to contact support, I wasn't able to get it to work.

One of the main issues I encountered was that even though I was able to copy the files over, the permissions on those files were not transferred properly. This meant that the new owner of the files was unable to access them without first requesting permission from the previous owner. Needless to say, this caused a lot of frustration and wasted time.

After struggling with the tool for an entire weekend, we eventually scrapped it and did the migration manually. I then reached out to SysTools' sales team to request a refund, but even after sending multiple emails, I haven't received a single reply back. It's been over a month now, and I'm starting to feel like the whole thing was a scam.

Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience with SysTools. The fact that their tool didn't work as intended is bad enough, but the fact that I can't even get a response from their sales team is just unacceptable. I definitely wouldn't recommend this product to anyone, and I'll be looking for other solutions in the future.

SysTools SysTools Delta Migrations Feature Disappoints: No Refund for Dissatisfied Customer

So I went to SysTools website to look for a solution for my Office365-to-Office365 migration. Their Live Chat team told me that their product has delta migrations feature. I thought it was great, it sounded like what I was looking for. When I started using the software, I realized it only did it based on date range, which results in high probability of duplicates. It didn't work like it should, and I was very disappointed.

I immediately asked their Support/Sales team for a refund the same day. However, they told me that they won't be able to provide a refund as the website doesn't mention delta migrations. I was shocked. I felt like I was wasting my money and was cheated by the company. Not only did the software not do what I needed it to do, but their support team didn't understand my situation.

I was expecting a better customer experience from SysTools, given that it is a software company. It was one of the worst customer experiences I've had in my 15+ years in IT. It's really important to have good customer support when it comes to software, and they didn't provide it at all.

That being said, I have decided to spend more money and go with something else. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I suggest looking for other options. It's not worth the money or the time.

SysTools Systools Gsuite to O365 Migrator Review: A Frustrating and Unpleasant Experience with Bugs and Poor Customer Support

We recently purchased the Gsuite to O365 Migrator from Systools and boy, were we disappointed! The software failed to work correctly, and it seemed like it was more of a project than a finished product! The software was filled with bugs and errors, which makes the entire experience frustrating and unpleasant.

We had to contact Systools customer support multiple times, but their response was incredibly slow, making it difficult to get anything done. It felt like we were talking to a wall most of the time, and the entire process was time-consuming and frustrating. We even asked for a refund several times, but sadly, it didn't happen.

We were shocked by how unprofessional their sales team was. We had expected that their money-back guarantee would be upheld if the product didn't work correctly, but this wasn't the case. The Sales Team, Which included some very rude individuals, completely ignored our refund requests, which was appalling.

In conclusion, we had an absolutely terrible experience with Systools, which ended up draining 399 dollars from our account. Please do yourself a favour and steer clear of this company at all costs! They are more like a criminal organization, behaving more like the mafia than a legitimate business. They were also incredibly condescending and rude in their responses when we raised our frustrations with the product. Frankly speaking, this company should be avoided at all costs and not worth your hard-earned money.

SysTools Terrible Experience with SysTools: Stay Away from Them!

My experience with SysTools hasn't been good at all. This is my second time purchasing their products, and unfortunately, the results were the same as the first time. The tools didn't do what they claimed to do, and the refund policy was totally worthless. SysTools denied my request for RMA and refund both times.

In this particular instance, I was facing a problem with my VMDK files. I tried SysTools' recovery tool, hoping it would solve the problem. Unfortunately, it wasn't able to locate and repair any of the corrupted files. These files were not mounting on VMplayer, so I thought they were corrupt. However, I searched for alternatives, and I found the compression utility 7-Zip. To my surprise, 7-Zip not only mounted the VMDK but also found the files that SysTools' tool couldn't find. It fixed the problem easily.

The first time I bought SysTools' MySQL tool, I asked for a refund, but SysTools refused. Luckily, PayPal was helpful, and I got my refund through them. This time, I will file a complaint with AMEX and try to get my money back. I want to warn everyone out there that SysTools is a company that shouldn't be trusted. I've had two bad experiences with them and a 0% success rate. STAY AWAY FROM SYSTOOLS!

SysTools SysTools Review: Poor Product Performance and Unacceptable Customer Service

guarantee. Their Gmail Backup product did not do the job it was supposed to do. I had to spend a lot of time with their support team, but nothing really worked out. They were unable to fix the problem, and the product kept crashing every time we tried to back up my emails.

Eventually, I grew tired of waiting for them to fix their product and requested a refund. However, instead of honoring their 30-day refund policy, they completely ignored my request. They even tried to blame the issue on my end and suggested we keep debugging the software on my time – even after I clearly stated that I wanted a refund.

Before this incident, I had tried out their MBOX converter, but that didn't work either. I was expecting to at least get a refund for the difference in cost between the two products, but they refused.

Overall, my experience with SysTools was very frustrating and disappointing. Their lack of respect for their customers and unwillingness to honor their own refund policy is unacceptable.

What a waste of time and money this was. Their products are only partially working, and their customer service is terrible. I definitely don't recommend using this company.

SysTools Review of SysTools AWS Workmail Backup Tool: Disappointing and Frustrating Experience

I bought this AWS Workmail backup tool from SysTools, and boy was it a bumpy ride. From the get-go, I just couldn't log on to my email account and their team didn't even know that AWS had multiple regions. Can you believe that? It's like they're living under a rock or something.

Then, when I finally got in, the tool just couldn't pull the folders. They did eventually fix it, but then the product just locked up during the backup process. Everything slowed down to a snail's pace, pulling only 2 emails a minute, can you imagine? I had 2,700 emails to backup, and after 24 hours I had only managed to get through about a third of them. That's a total runtime of three whole days! And that's with me putting in five hours of work trying to fix everything.

The worst part was that I specifically requested a backup for a certain date range, but the product still pulled in entries that were irrelevant. I mean, what's the point of having this tool if it can't even do what I'm asking for?

When I reached out to SysTools to voice my frustration, they just wanted me to keep debugging the product with them. I mean, what more could I do? And when I told them I didn't want the product, they had the audacity to think I owed them something. Can you believe that?

It's just so disappointing to have gone through all this trouble, and all they could offer was their technical support engineer, Rakesh Gotayal, asking for a remote session. I mean, why do I even bother if I had to spend so much time simply fixing their tool? And to call themselves the "# No. 1 choice of customer" is just laughable.

In the end, I'd advise you to just go somewhere else to look for backup tools for your email accounts. Trust me, you don't need to deal with this kind of stress and annoyance.

SysTools SysTools PST Viewer/Converter Review: Slow Conversion and Non-existent Customer Service, Not Worth the High Price

I bought a PST viewer/converter from SysTools hoping that it will solve my issues, but unfortunately, it was not worth the high price tag. The conversion process was so slow that I had to give up and look for other alternatives. But I must say, it did produce better results in terms of how the exported files were organized.

But then again, who cares about results when customer service is non-existent? Their "30 day money back" policy that they advertised turned out to be completely useless. They had a single arrogant customer service representative who decided what my rights were. First, I was told I hadn't sought enough support from them, then I was left high and dry. Their chat support just kept transferring me to sales, and sales were nowhere to be found. It's been weeks, and I still haven't received any response from them.

I'm just really disappointed that this cost me about $100 for a 1yr software license. I had thought that, with such a high price tag, I would be getting quality support along with the software. But I was wrong. I had hoped for a much better experience than this. Honestly, I can recommend anyone other than SysTools.

SysTools SysTools Product Review: High Hopes, Big Disappointment, and Terrible Customer Support

When I bought the product from SysTools (systoolsgroup.com) I had high hopes. The demo they provided was promising, so I decided to purchase the full version. However, I was disappointed when I realized that the product had no additional functionality to the demo. I found it odd, as on their website, SysTools group tells you to test out the demo before buying, but it doesn't allow you to do any of the program's features. When you try to access these, it will prompt you to buy the product, which I did. Unfortunately, I found that the software was completely identical to the demo and didn't function as advertised. The only difference was that there was a "Product Activated" screen.

Frustrated, I decided to ask for a refund, which should have been easy since they have a 30-day money-back guarantee. However, I had a hard time with their customer support. There was only one person available on the live chat, who couldn't help me with my issue. I also tried reaching out to them through their "Support" and "Sales" email, but I never received any response. It seemed as if they were waiting for the 30 days to runout so that they could tell me I was out of time and that they couldn't grant me a refund. I also felt like they may wait for customers to give up, so they could keep the money for themselves.

What frustrates me the most is that they advertise their products as "Big Corporate" or high level products that cost over $150USD, but they don't honor their promises. After reviewing their certification at the bottom of the page, I found out that it wasn't certified and had some random made-up reviews and product guarantees. My advice to you is not to even bother clicking the SysTools website. Their customer support is terrible, the products don't work, their activity is suspicious, and they don't honor anything they have advertised. This has been the worst online product experience I have ever had.

SysTools SysTools Outlook Recovery Review: Stay Away from This Fraudulent Software!

I stumbled upon SysTools Outlook Recovery and thought it would solve all my problems with my PST files. But boy, was I wrong! After purchasing the program, I found that it did not output anything, despite processing over 39,000 records from my 10GB PST file. To make matters worse, their support is shonky and the refund policy is as dodgy as the software they sell!

I wasted an entire day trying to get a refund or for the software to work properly. Even their 30-day refund policy requires that they inspect your computer, which is a huge red flag for me. I refused to give them access because I don't trust what they may do.

To add insult to injury, their online support is useless. They kept blaming me and asked me to uninstall and reinstall the software, which I did, only to experience the same issues. They even wanted to access my computer and requested that I elevate the issue to L2 support. It seems like a never-ending cycle of ineffective troubleshooting.

In frustration, I contacted their financial service provider, 2co, and my card issuer to find a way to stop these fraudsters from selling their rubbish software. I'll do everything in my power to make sure no one else falls for their traps.

Stay away from SysTools Group like it's the plague!

SysTools Mixed Review: SysTools Software - Good Product but Poor Support

So, I tried SysTools in August and gotta say, their software is pretty neat. I was really impressed with the PDF Unlocker. It works flawlessly and gets the job done in no time. However, I recently switched to a new laptop and my activation code does not seem to be functioning properly. I tried reaching out to their support team via messages, but haven't received any response so far. I kinda feel left hanging here as they don't seem to have any online support as well.

I'm kinda conflicted about what to say here. The software works perfectly fine, but their support is not up to the mark. I mean, if you're paying for a product, you'd expect them to be responsive, right? So, on the one hand, I'd give their software a solid 4.5, but on the other hand, the non-existent support drops them down by quite a bit. I guess I'll have to give them a 3 out of 5 stars.

SysTools SysTools Review: Hidden Terms, Poor UI & Potential Spamware - Not Worth the Hassle

Listen, I was excited to try out SysTools for my file recovery needs, but let me tell you, their supposed 30 day money back refund policy is a tricky trick. Their terms are so convoluted, it's almost impossible to actually get your money back if their products don't work for you. You gotta read those terms & conditions folks, seriously.

I mean, what's up with the hidden details of their limited products? It's like they don't want you to know what you're getting into until after you've already paid. And don't even get me started on their user interface. Terrible, just terrible. It's like they don't care about providing a quality experience for their customers.

And to top it all off, I'm pretty sure their products install spamware on my computer. What's up with that? I didn't sign up for that nonsense.

All in all, I would not recommend using SysTools. Sure, they may have some decent features, but it's just not worth the hassle and potential risks. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reputable company to handle your file recovery needs.

I dun bought the SysTools thang. Da "trial" vershun was no go and din't show thuh files dat I nidded ta git back from da black hole of lostness. I figgured maybe da payin' vershun would reel in the big fish and get bout my busyness. Had dis here 30 day guarantee, so why da heck niddent I go fo' it? Denk again. Da files din't show up and I ask'd fo' my money back. But noped. Refund denied. Taint nobody gonna git good service, no integrity, or a good product from these "pros". No sirree, ain't goin back there fer nuttin. Passin da buck on this one, fellas.

SysTools SysTools Review: Disappointing Experience and Poor Product Quality

So, let me tell you about my experience with SysTools (systoolsgroup.com). I want to keep it real with you, because I was pretty disappointed with the whole thing.

I had some issues with the product that I purchased and right away, I asked for a refund. They told me that they needed access to my server to fix it, which I wasn't comfortable with, so I declined.

But get this, even though I asked for a refund right away, they told me that I didn't meet their policy. Kind of frustrating, right?

Honestly, my advice is to avoid this company and their products altogether. It doesn't seem like they work very well and I have my doubts about the company in general.

SysTools Don't Waste Your Money: SysTools Review

I bought this here SysTools tool in hopes of sorting some technical bits and bobs on my worn-out computer. Unluckily, the tool didn't work as it was said to on their website. Me being the persistent type I am, I reached out to their support folk for some help. To my dismay, they refused to take up their own money-back assurance. That's some lowdown business ethics right there.

Anyhow, I bit the bullet and went ahead to purchase a new computer. Funny thing was, I couldn't reload the tool from SysTools on my new computer. So, I reached out again to their support folk, and what did they say? They bluntly informed me that I needed to buy the tool again! Even though I removed the tool from the old computer, SysTools was creaming me for more cash. My advice? Don't bother with their tools or their support, because they're not worth the money.

SysTools Beware of Systoolsgroup: A Review of Their Fraudulent Activities and Poor Services

I just want to share my experience with Systoolsgroup. I came across their website while searching for a software that could help me recover lost files from my computer. I was attracted to their low pricing compared to other similar software available in the market. So, I decided to give it a try.

However, little did I know that it was a trap. After downloading and installing the software, I couldn't make it work. I contacted their support team, and they suggested that they should get remote access to my PC to fix the issue. That is where everything started going downhill. They didn't fix the problem, but instead, they started messing around with my files and installing other software without my permission.

What's worse, they ended up stealing money from my bank account. I tried to contact their customer support to request a refund as promised, but they never responded. It was such a frustrating experience. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I did some further research and found out that I was not the only one who had fallen victim to their fraudulent activities. Many other people have reported similar incidents, and it is shocking that they are still operating.

SysTools SysTools PPT Recovery software: A Disappointing and Ineffective Solution

I tried SysTools for their so-called ANYTHING-fixing abilities. I bought the PPT Recovery software to recover some problematic PowerPoint files. Unfortunately, the software ended up NOT working at all. I encountered an issue where some images would not load.

To solve the problem, I decided to reach out to their customer support team who promised to help me fix it. I sent them three PPT files, which I had trouble with - and guess what? They could not repair them!

Their supposed "successful repair" actually turned out to be futile. It was disappointing, to say the least. To make matters worse, I was unable to get a refund even though their website clearly indicated a 30-day refund policy.

In addition, I feel like their positive reviews are utterly fake. It's almost like they were written by ghostwriters or fake accounts. Buyers BEWARE. I wouldn't recommend this software to anyone.

SysTools Beware of SysTools Scams: Fake Reviews and Useless Software

This company SysTools is not what it says it is. I fell for their tricks and bought their software, but it didn't work as advertised. I was so disappointed! I asked for a refund, but they refused to oblige me. They told me that their tools worked perfectly and that I should have known what I was buying. The trial version had limited options, so how was I supposed to know that the actual tool would be so useless?

And if that wasn't enough, I discovered that all their glowing reviews on the website were fake. I could easily verify this by doing a reverse image search on the pictures they used. They were all stock photos with fake reviews. I feel so foolish now for not doing my due diligence before giving them my money.

Please don't fall for SysTools' scams like I did. They might say all the right things, but in reality, they are just trying to rip off innocent people like us. Don't waste your time and money on them.

SysTools Warning: SysTools Software is a Scam - My Experience and Review

The software from SysTools really didn't work for me. I wish I had realized earlier, but it's actually a scam. I'm pretty disappointed because I spent $30 on it and now feel like I've just thrown my money away.

Honestly, the refund policy for this software is ridiculous. They won't give you your money back until they do a physical inspection of your machine, which means they'll need to log into it and everything. And if you contact their support team, don't expect to get any kind of response. It's pretty frustrating because if you're having trouble with the software, you're pretty much on your own.

I don't really feel like I need to explain much more than that. Just take a look at SysTools' refund policy for yourself. After reading it, if you still decide to go ahead and buy the software, that's on you. But for me, I'll definitely be avoiding it in the future.

SysTools SysTools: a website mess and a product mystery

I don't even know where to begin with SysTools. Their website is some of the most confusing crap I've ever seen. Every single tool has a button that says "Download Now", but when you click it, it just pops up a stupid box asking for your email address to request a quote. What kind of crap is that? I don't want to request a quote, I want to download the software and try it out for myself. You know, like a normal human being would do.

And it gets even worse! After three days, they STILL haven't responded to my "download now" request. What kind of outfit runs a business like that? I have serious doubts that their software works any better than their website, which is obviously half-baked and clueless.

To make matters worse, there are no prices listed on the product pages, so I have no way of knowing what I'm getting into. And even if I did know what I was getting into, there's no way to buy some of their products like OAB Converter. What a bunch of nonsense.

I'm starting to think that maybe SysTools is allergic to money or something. I have no idea what their problem is, but it's definitely not a good look for them. If they can't even get their website right, how am I supposed to trust their software? I wouldn't touch it with a ten-foot pole.
