I purchased Cisdem Duplicate Finder in the hopes of finding and being able to delete the hundreds of duplicate photos that have appeared in my Photo App. However, after hours of attempting to use the software according to instructions in the App's User Manual, writing 8 emails and receiving no help, I have succeeded in finding and removing less than 1 % of the duplicates. Less than 2 days after purchasing the software I have made three requests for a refund of the purchase price. In over 30 years of owning Mac computers I have never encountered such poor customer service. All of these requests have been ignored. I will never purchase software from this company again.

I really like Cisdem, it's a great tool for converting PDFs to different document formats. The pdfconverterocr is my go-to, it's super easy to use and gets the job done. I've tried other converters before, but they just didn't work as well as Cisdem. With this tool, I can convert my PDFs to almost any format I need, which is really helpful for my work.

I was really surprised that it was so easy to use Cisdem DVD Burner to make a DVD. I went to a party with some old friends and wanted to put our party videos onto a DVD. I'm not very good with technology, especially DVD Burner software, but the customer service at Cisdem was really helpful and patient with me. They showed me how to do it step by step, and I was able to make a DVD with all of our party videos on it. It was really great to be able to share those memories with my friends and family. While it has a lot of great features, like the ability to easily create menus and add chapters, I was disappointed to find that there was no way to display or edit chapter names. Because of this, I ended up sticking with Toast 19, which does have the ability to display and edit chapter names. However, I did find that Toast 20 was lacking in some other areas, like the ability to easily edit text size, font, and color. One thing I would suggest to the Cisdem team is to add more information about how the chapter menu works to the manual. I found myself struggling to figure out how to use it at first, and it would have been helpful to have more guidance.

I recently purchased Cisdem PDF Password Remover and gave it a try. I made a PDF file with a simple password "a" but the app couldn't remove it. I tried it with other PDF files and different passwords, but it still didn't work. I was disappointed with the app's performance and decided to contact their customer service.

Their customer service replied quickly, which seemed very professional. However, when I told them about the app's uselessness and attached my file to them, I never received a reply from them again. It was quite frustrating as I was hoping for a solution to my problem.

In my opinion, Cisdem is not a trustworthy company. Their softwares are useless and they don't seem to care about their customers. I would advise everyone to avoid their products and look for better alternatives.

It's a shame that I wasted my money on their product, but I hope my experience can help others avoid making the same mistake.

I gotta say, I'm not impressed with Cisdem's products. Take their Cisdem AppCrypt, for example. It's supposed to "lock" your apps, but it's really just for show. When you open an app like Safari, it'll say "Safari is Locked" and you have to enter a password you set beforehand. But let me tell you, it's a piece of cake to bypass. And get this - they have three buttons: "Cancel," "Enter," and "Forgot." Can you believe it? They couldn't even bother to write "Forgotten Password" or "Forgot My Password." It's like they don't even care about their customers.

And if that wasn't bad enough, they charge $29.99 (that's thirty bucks, folks) for just one Mac. I mean, come on. If you're gonna sell a product, at least make sure it works and doesn't have such obvious flaws. And maybe hire someone to proofread your website and fix your grammar. Just saying.
