Super 8 review: Unauthorized charges, filthy rooms (smells)

We stayed at Super 8 in Custer, SD. When we arrived, we got our key cards and went to our rooms, when we opened the door to our room the room smelled terrible of mold/smoke. We did go to the front desk and complained, and they gave us a different room... That room had a slight odor that I thought I could deal with...The next day after leaving for a few hours to go eat we came back to our room opened the door and the smell was terrible, it wrecked of cat urine. All of our luggage and clothes wrecked like it also. I did go to the front desk and she did offer to move our rooms yet again and I told her its to late now as all of our stuff already smells terrible already.

After checking out I checked my credit card charges today and they charged me for our room twice. I called the hotel, asked to talk to a manager and she told me that the hotel just does that and it should be gone off my charges within 24-48 hours. ( It has already been 32+ hours and they are still there)

I would not recommend this hotel and will never go back there.
