Super 8 – Not being g able to cancel a reservation and get a refund.

Have been trying to cancel my reservation at Super 8 in Iola, KS. Tried calling them directly but was told he couldn't do that I had to do it through Super.com where I placed it it. Told him it was BS and hung up. He called me back and said I had abused him.
I then went online to cancel it, have been trying to do that for nearly an hour. It either doesn't like my reservation number or it doesn't follow through to "apply" for a cancellation and hopefully a refund.
