I made reservations for a family that had their electric turned off. She texted me with pictures of bed bugs in the room. During her stay she was moved to 4 different rooms because of the bugs. She went to management and they accused her of bringing the bed bugs in to the hotel! The microwave was broken in the room, she requested a replacement, was told one would be provided but never was. She had 3 children she was trying to provide warm food for. This is unacceptable and very poor customer service. she was treated very poorly by management. I have pictures of the bugs in her room if needed.
Desired outcome: I would like at least a partial refund and an apology to be provided to the mother.
