Seeking refund+$500
outlets don't work
bugs
sink won't drain
staff refuses to respond, even manager
toilet seat unsafe
hair on sink
stole $105; SUPPOSED TO GET A FULL REFUND
no swimming pool; they use it for storage
sheets stained/unraveling
approached a hooker in parking lot
mouse turd in bed
Why haven't you done anything about them?

Claimed loss: $347.82, plus damages

Desired outcome: $347.82 refund and another $500 for pain/suffering and the time I have spent trying to get this resolved
