After waiting 30 mins in line I finally get to the register and what happens?
They gave my sandwich to the guy in front of me
He was far gone and my lunch break was over. They told me they were going to make me a new one in a minute after 3 mins standing nothing . I left pissed and hungry . Will never go back ever again. And I will tell anyone I know not to go there.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I have been to MANY subways all over the country and I don't see how someone could leave with your sandwich. You stand in front of them as they make it, They wrap it and you pay. It's not like it goes into a bin with other sandwiches.

Console yourself with the possibility that the person they gave it to could have been homeless! Call it your "good deed for the day". You also learned another lesson in so much as it gave you some idea of what it must be like for starving people in the third world! They have probably never seen a restaurant let alone a decent meal. Can I ask how much you weigh? (I am 12 stone!)

Subway - I paid on line and went to pick up food and local store said the never got the order but my bank account was charged.

Subway - Most discusting store,ever.

Subway - A salad, with tuna and cheese. plus toppings, and dressing, and chicken in a to go container for my dog.
