On Monday 30 September 2019 I made a laybye at studio88 waterfall mall in Rustenburg North West and I went back the on the 7 October 2019 for a refund as a result my wife purchased the laybye item somewhere else at a cheaper price and now I asked for my refund with the slip on my hand and the manager of the store refused to refund me saying I
should take something in the store for that amount or laybye something else I refused to so that and he told me they will wait for me to figure out what to bye even i could come back next year.i did not know studio88 could refuse customers their money back especially after giving a valuable explanation and I have now been made negative by the store that I've bought so many times from and I don't know if I will ever buy from studio88 especially when they refuse me my money back.i am disappointed in the company.
