I went there to claim a refund but the first cashier was rude to me from the on set even though I stated my reasons for refund she told me they don't have money and their store doesn't allow refunds but only exchange then she told me to take anything in store for exchange and I told her why is it difficult for her to accept my request because I was using I swiped I didn't pay with my capitec card then she said they want bank statement since when bank statement is needed whereas am having original thermal slip she furthermore this process will consume much of my time and effort then I responded her with calm voice then I told her but the thermal slip says I do qualify for refund that's why I came because I don't think I will be able to finish the installment because I have to pay R6000 for registration to study because on me am having R5000 and my promised to give me R200 to raise the amount so I need R800 I don't have to register before Tuesday , because my financial aid scheme needs proof of registration then she called her manager with an attitude saying there is this person I don't understand her assist her, the manager was calm and professional she heard my issue and told me to provide me with my contact details [protected] and the amount of laybye which is R870 so she further told me that they already banked the money so I must come back tomorrow actually she will call once the money is available I waited the whole day on Friday and even yesterday no call received so am pleading for urgent intervention.
