STOCKROOM review: Timber table is cracking after 1 month

I purchased 8 wood items from this store. After 1 month I have 3 deep cracks appearing on the oak table in a temperature and humidity controlled environment. We use placemats and it isn’t in the sun. The other timber pieces are fine also. Poor customer service with a recommendation to fix myself which was a sent in a template email structure as it’s clearly happened before. Now either the timber wasn’t dry before it was varnished or the glue has failed. I don’t expect too much but potential repair or the top to be replaced.
