Never buy furniture from STOCKROOM.
We ordered a sofa online from them and after discount was HKD 3000 something but In the end the total price was over HKD 5000 because we have to pay delivery service and this and that. Surprisingly the stock is not available so they have to make one first!
On the delivery day (today! Exactly a month after we ordered it) 2 guys came very impatient, and insist me to sign right away. When I checked I found out one leg is shorter than the other. After few phone calls they became aggressive, they don't want to wait and wanted to leave with the sofa and also started to bang the sofa on our wooden floor. I became angry and I said "I will make you pay if you scratch the floor"
He said "What? It's heavy!" From there I can not hold my emotion anymore. So rude and they have no respect at all. I can not take this kind behavior and I said "Get out from my house"
There I heard one of them said "**** you!"
I was furious!
And he kept yelling **** you to me in front of our young kids and my helper.
My husband called STOCKROOM directly to complain, but the Customer Service was being very emotional and rude to my husband. What kind of Customer Service is that? Long story short, they refused to take responsibility of this case. They also just dumped the sofa in front of our door and they never coming back to us to apologize!
STOCKROOM should be in your black list!

I posted also on Hong Kong mom's and at least 6 people had been treated badly with Stockroom! And all the same motive, they reluctant to take back their furniture even it is broken or doesn't meet the standards. They are such a criminal

Please stay away with Stockroom! Scam company! The coffee table I got delivered doesn’t match the pictures on their website, some of the design detail is hidden. Instead of give me the right product, they said they would offer their legal team to me. Very disappointing experience!

Seriously, do not buy from this store. We called to request for the re-arrangement of delivery. The woman on the phone talked to us in an extremely bad manner and even asked us to f**k off. what kind of customer service is this? They tried to block our IG accounts and deleted all our comments. Their service is indeed the worst that I have ever experienced.

Just want to say thank you to everyone who posted here. You have helped me decide against buying from stockroom. I had seen a sofa i really liked but knowing that people have had terrible experiences, and also that the delivered product may be lower quality or even broken makes me concerned.

I will look at other brands now.

hahaha thanks for the comments people ! Sorry to hear about your cases...but it kinda makes me feel just a tiny tad better to read about your frustrations - which pretty much spot on sums up my experience. I'm surprised this company actually still operates and hasn't shut down a long time ago. To all the potential furniture scouters out there - stay away from stockroom.com.hk, you'll regret this encounter for sure ! Cheers

Same experience here ! Ordered goods but the items were broken. I immediately informed Stockroom but they are simply not interested. It's simply your problem. No support or help, but extremely rude and aggressive staff ! Never encountered anything like this before! Totally amazed. I'll have to write off my HKD 12, 000 purchase! The goods are also not the same as the ones displayed in their showroom - it's of different quality. The goods received are of extremely low quality - well, in my case, it was already broken when it arrived. But again, expect no help from Stockroom whatsoever. Avoid this company at all cost !

Fully agree ! DO NOT order from Stockroom ! These bunch of guys don't really care whether you receive your furniture or not - or whether the furniture is broken or faulty - they seriously don't care. They've received their cash and it's not their responsibility anymore. There is absolutely zero customer service or support - complete disinterested. They delivered a faulty sofa - delivery time is 10am-2pm (i.e. neither morning session nor afternoon session - for someone who works full-time like myself, it's very difficult to comply with these delivery times). Took a full day off to receive the sofa - which turns out to be faulty (oil spots all over the 'brand new' sofa'). After a dozen emails, they finally agreed to replace the sofa - pick up time, again between 10am-2pm on a weekday. And another 3 weeks wait and sit on the floor - to be delivered again during the week between 10-2pm. Ridiculous. So Stockroom basically screws up - but the customer will be the one punished, and will have to adapt to their schedule - otherwise no service. No they don't deliver after working hours or Saturday or Sunday. Stockroom will simply not bother to help or make life easier for the customer. It's the worst I've experience in HKG in 20 years !
