Steak 'n Shake review: food

I literally waited in the drive thru for over 40 minutes. When I got to the window, I asked the worker at the window a question and he ignored me. Then I got my order and it was not correct. I asked for my receipt for a survey. The same worker told me that he had already passed the screen to give me a receipt and could not give me one. Then I asked for for the manager who wrote down the corporate office number on a receipt.
