This store has terrible customer service. I purchased a printer from them and their Protection & Tech Help contract. The first printer I purchased was defective out of the box an Epson XP-7100. After repeated calls to Epson and Staples and long waiting on the phone they agreed to send a replacement. The replacement was able to print but not scan. After many painful calls to both Epson and Asurion who is their third-party tech support in the Philippines I called the Staples in Concord that I purchased it from to get help. I asked for tech support in the US and they lied to me over and over that is where their tech support was located. I know that was not true because I asked each time where the support center was located. When I told the Stable folks they were give incorrect information and miss leading, lying to people they hung up. I will not use this store ever again and caution consumers to beware. Worst customer service I have experienced. This is the number they told me was in the US - it is not. [protected].
Recommendation: Consumer beware this store and staff not telling the truth.
