I traveled about an hour away. One way. To buy a new printer. I waited for fifteen minutes for someone to come help. No one showed up. I walked over to the printing department to ask if anyone was working the floor. He said he would have someone come help. I waited another fifteen minutes. Then I went to the office. There was a woman making decorations. I asked her if I could get someone to help me. She said she knows I was waiting and I would have to wait. There were only two people working the floor. Well. She wasn’t helping anyone. She was making decorations for the store. She didn’t have time to help me but had time to keep making decorations. I could see I wasn’t going to get any help at this store and I made a long trip for nothing. I needed a new printer. I have been using Staples for more than twenty five years. No more. If they don’t have time for me. I don’t have time from them. There is no such thing as customer care anymore. We don’t mean crap to them. Thanks for the very poor service.

Recommendation: Never. I will not be going back either. I will find a place that wants to help their customers.
