extended perks/extended stay america
I am currently staying at extended stay America on ft. Jackson Blvd in a horrible room with horrible dtafg who would not and still stayed they are unable to allow me to use the discount offered by extended perks or AAA. I have tried everything I can to make this more feasible for everyone involved but the situation remains the same and has become time consuming when time during a vacation is what is most important when on your one vacation a year.

Fraudulent Voicemail Services?
Wondering who these people are? They had an email address that I have never seen before and were indicating that we ordered a voicemail service on the phone line that we already HAVE voicemail as part of our service bundle.
this is the second instance of OAN billing me for services that were not ordered in any way shape or form, but the actual service providers were different. It's not even funny.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Just got my phone bill and found a monthly fee of $14.95 (charged Mar 13, 2010) on my bill. Never ordered anything, already have voice mail on my phone. Looks like this is happening to a lot of people!

I was going on line checking into a payday loan and I did go into Liberty Payday Loan, which had nothing to do with a DISCOUNT CLUB for $34.19. I have done the same, go into www.LibertyClubRefund.com to apply for a refund and that was over a week ago. I never did get the loan. Matter of fact, I went back into it and UNSUBSCRIBED. This Business has to be stopped. They can not continue doing this to people. It is illegal. How can we stop them or what can we do?
