So, I had to buy another DVR box because them TechPro technicians couldn't get their act together. I sent in a DVR that was busted, still under warranty, mind you, and guess what? They sent it back to me, still busted! And to top it off, they didn't even bother returning my mouse that I sent along with it. Can you believe that?

And that's not even the worst part. I had to fork out my own hard-earned cash to ship that faulty unit back to TechPro. And you know what the tech had the audacity to say? They wanted me to ship it back again! Can you believe the nerve? And they didn't even offer to cover the shipping costs for their own mistakes.

The cameras we bought should come with power supplies or at least have a clear note in the description telling us that we need to order one separately. It would be helpful if there was a power supply listed under the accessories tab on the camera page. I would have gladly purchased the power supplies if I had known they weren't included with the cameras. Now we have to pay an additional $46 for expedited shipping on two $7 power supplies just to meet our deadline.

My product got shipped without the hard drive I ordered. They told me that the hard drive would be put in and checked before it got sent out. But when I got my order, there was no hard drive in it. I was expecting a complete unit with the hard drive already inside, but all I got was the hard drive by itself. Now I gotta put the hard drive in myself and hope it works, since it wasn't tested. I could've bought a 2 terabyte system from Parts Express, but I decided to go with Tech Pro. I ain't gonna make that mistake again. I'm not happy with this.
