I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a disturbing and unacceptable incident that occurred at your Staples store located on Sunrise Blvd.
On my recent visit, I was attempting to process an Amazon return item and needed to retrieve a service request code on my phone. A male employee became visibly impatient and walked away to assist another customer before I could pull up the code. Shortly thereafter, a female employee approached and, before I could show her the code, she began yelling at me and called me “stupid.” I informed her that such behavior was grounds for termination.
Shockingly, another female employee who witnessed this exchange proceeded to follow me as I exited the store and physically grabbed my shoulder. This aggressive and threatening behavior was completely unprovoked and constitutes harassment and assault.
I am appalled by the lack of professionalism, basic courtesy, and physical boundaries displayed by your staff. I demand that this incident be investigated immediately and that appropriate disciplinary action be taken. If I do not receive a prompt and satisfactory response, I will pursue legal action against Staples for harassment, emotional distress, and physical intimidation.
