I tried to book a reservation because I had a $258.67 reservation credit from a previously cancelled flight. Website maintained that my original reservation and current reservation names didn't match. Waited over an hour to talk to CS. The guy couldn't explain the reason for the problem and told me to go to Chat because he couldn't help me. Chat (AI bot) told me to call CS. Another wait to talk to someone who finally was able to straighten it out. Frustrating interaction. Spirit needs help.
Recommendation: Stay away unless you're sure there won't be any issues that require customer service help.
