Speedway employee worker /rude /thief case with police in 2922

regular customer after 20 years but state st is major problem people drink outside . blackhair short rude to alot customers new empoyee steve look at her and she is wrong and keep cool . i walked away cause incident back police report pay cash , stole money $225 and has retainer never got

i closed speedway account due nasty she is rude ,alot more , very bold with customers i avoid her when heading to work i go another person , michelle knows me .

she need be fired . investigation since camera bad . i know person and she knows it too . i told police too i had proof from cash

you investigate her stealing from customers and company . i do not trust her people avoid her !

Speedway Customer service

I walked into the store and there was no one at the register. The Manager with blonde hair was at another computer and did not look up once. After a few minutes I said out loud, is anyone working. A younger guy came from out of the back down to the register I was at and tried to log in but could not and then I had to go down to another register and had to repeat everything I said. I had points for gas and he could not even tell me what the rewards were.

All that time the Manager did not look up once or even get this guy to come help me. What horrible customer service!

This is the second time I went to this location 0005404-Westlake, Ohio in a week and had bad customer service. I dealt with a Logan this time.

This person NEVER smiles! I asked him two questions while in front of him and he blew me off like he did not hear me. Did not great me, did not say have a nice day or thank you. I had to ask TWICE for a receipt.

I am DONE with this location! It is horrible!

Speedway I am making a complaint about the manager I think her name is Mary

So I was a customer I been coming for a long time at the 11044 61st Ne, albertville mn 553301 location and I just came in to use the bathroom and just get a couple of things and all of a sudden this manager called me a [censored] and a [censored] for no reason and I can tell this manager was on something because no any other managers would not be acting like this from other gas station albertville speedway got a rude [censored] mean manager and I can tell I am not the only customer that she been mean too this manager need to get fired because this is not ok and I can tell if she is acting a rude [censored] to her customers that’s means she is acting a rude [censored] to her employees and that’s not ok so I think she need to get fired because I can tell she is on something

I went to Speedway June 6, 2023 on West union St in Morganton, NC at about 8:40pm. My purchase was for declined by the card reader but there was $24.02 taken from my account. This is still pending in my account. I've tried calling and emailing Speedway and can't get anyone to do anything about refunding my money from a declined transaction. How does a company still take money from your account when it has been declined?

Speedway A rude speedway worker and asked if he could clock out to whoop a customer's butt and the manager said ok

I always go in to buy 4 Starbuck mocha and approached the counter and the employee said that it would be 10 bucks and some change and I asked as always to scan another because the 7th was free and the employee said that would be 17.99 and I said that was wrong because I come in all the time and grab 4 sometimes it's 14 bucks for 4. So he rings it up again and said it was 1799 and I said that was not right and he said why didn't you just grab the 5th Starbucks instead of making his job hard and I told him that not always you get one free just every 7th and he said that was bullsheet. I said I'm only trying to explain that if the price was 10 and some change for 4 then haw can it bee 17.99 for one more and he said that this guy and this is bullsheet and I'm not doing this so I looked at him and told him that he was a potty mouth punk and he said what did you say and I said you heard me so he told the Manger that he was going to clock out and the Manger said ok. So first I was being charged wrongly then I had to watch my back going g out to my truck. I am contacting my lawyer for your employee threatening me. og by the way I called your customer service and it will be 2 weeks before anyone will get back to calling me that's if they do call me. if I can not get any respect from this situation and speedway to do the proper thing then my lawyer will.

Desired outcome: The gentleman had tattoos all around his neck and it was the store on east Dorothy lane in beavercreak ohio. This man should not be representing your co. In this manner

Speedway Alcohol purchase - labatt blue light seltzer

On 04/21/23 at 6:02 PM per my receipt, I purchased a 12 pack of Labatt Blue LT Seltzer, when I got home I realized I had purchased the wrong alcohol and returned to the store ( Speedway store 0009962 located at 239 West Main Street Victor, NY 14564). The transaction number on the receipt is 1653685 and was handled on Register 2 by Richelle.

When I returned with receipt in hand to exchange the incorrect item purchased as well as pay for the correct item I was told by Richelle that he could not do the return because only managers are able to transact a return. He then told me the manager would be in at 12:00 AM. We discussed a better time to do the return and was advise that a manager would be there around 2 PM. I returned to the store, 04/22/23 just before 2 PM and brought the 12 pack, unopened and with receipt. The same cashier was working, greeted me then retrieve the manager from the back. I let the manager know that I was returning the item purchased per the directions of the cashier last night. He told me that they do not take returns on alcohol purchases. Because we were in the check out line I asked to move over to another register that was not being used hence allowing others to check out and not be held up by our discussion. The manager, Josh, I believe, obliged the move and I asked where the policy or law was stated as I did not see any signs that would and he pointed to the signs behind and below the counter and not visible to a person during purchase of alcohol. I read the sign at him had directed me to the sign that states the law behind sales of alcohol and not a return policy with regard to the sale of alcohol at Speedway. He stood by the policy, I asked for the corporate number to call to lodge a complaint and he told me to look it up on my cell phone. I asked him write it down for me as he did not know if I owned a cell phone or not. At this time Josh started to walk away from me and I told him I was not done discussing the matter because I needed additional information on the situation. I was planning to ask if the policy was posted on the coolers and if I had missed the sign. At that point I would have accetpted the situation as my mistake. Instead, Josh became upset and told me not to tell him how to do his job, told me he was going to call the police, yet he had not asked me to leave, and he picked up the landline as if was calling 911. I told him no need to call as I would leave peacefully and left the store. My goal was to only trade the unopened 12 pack of Labatt Blue LT Seltzer for my money back and move on. I've used this store many times for convenience and gas and have always felt welcomed. Unfortunately this may be the last time myself or my family of 6 uses this establishment unless proper actions are taken.

After leaving the store I called the customer service phone number. The lady was very helpful, professional and courteous. The case number is: 0223943.

Also worth noting, on 4/21/23 around 6:45 when I returned to bring back my purchase, the man in front of me who I was conversing with was not ID for his alcohol purchase. I thought perhaps there was another way to verify his age via his credit card. I asked Richelle and he told me the credit card has his information on it? I used my credit card too and was still asked to ID. I'm all for ID'ing but thought this was peculiar. I did not make a fuss, I was just curious.

Thank you for your time and help.

Desired outcome: Exchange purchase for refund, an apology and an understanding that I am not forbidden to be at store. If this is a policy to please put up signs that are clear and visible to avoid this mishap.

Speedway P Tyler the night time clerk on Tuesday April 12th

Tuesday April 12th 10:15 p.m. I went to speedway at about 10:00 purchase the pack of cigarettes or coffee and a for real milkshake made the milkshake got the coffee but I have been in the checkout line I was trying to get my purse back together and the young man was kind of rushing me at that okay well that's all he said and in the process of making my drink and I dropped my purse and picked it up and was putting it back together right now been in the store for a total of maybe 13 minutes and the kid comes up to me and says excuse me you need to go you can't hang out here I said excuse you I'm a paying customer I'm not loitering I said I'm taking my time I said because I'm a paying customer and you have no business saying [censored] to me kid it's like there's nobody else in there with me and him not the man mention I'm trans too you know so maybe maybe that had something to do with it but that kid needs reprimanded he has no business rushing a paying customer out of the store so that's my complaint

Desired outcome: Does this kid gets chastised for his rude rude haranguing of me to leave when I had paid for stuff and was in the process of getting myself together for the walk home

Speedway Manager Rhonda Westlake, OH location

There is a new Manager (Rhodna) at the Westlake, OH location (Bradley and Detroit) who was very rude to me two days in a row.

Yesterday I went in there and bought beverages. I wanted to buy more but the cooler was empty. I asked the Manager if there was more in the back and she said I don't know and walked away. She did not even go in the back and see if there was more. I would have bought several more beverages!

I went in there to use the ATM and wanted to let her know something that happened on the ATM in case it happened to another customer. She rudely said, I don't know anything about that and walked away from me before I was done talking. This lady was very very rude to me two days in a row. I will not be going to this location anymore because of her!

Also there is a guy Associate there will long dark hair who does not smile, does not bag your items or offer a bag (have to ask him to bag them) does not give you a receipt even after you ask him. He is also very very rude!

Desired outcome: Get management to deal with these rude people. Again I will be changing my location especially because of this rude lady Manager.

Speedway Relationship with store manager/employees

I just quit my job at store #5518,(I work only in the coolers)The store manager has belittling me and several employees in front of customer and employees to the point of tears. Several employees are considering to quit or just walk off their job. Leah store manager has also called me a thief in front of customers and employees because I didn't pay for my fountain drink right away.But I did pay for it within 1 mintue.I'm on Social security disability when I started to work in July 2021, I had work my limited hours,and could not work for two weeks- Leah told me that if I didn't work without pay I would be fired from my job . Leah has made it clear that she is unapproachable for employees with questions. When Leah takes a break she is gone from 30-45 minutes. However Leah does not give breaks to employees until the 4-5 hour of being at work. Tim the district manager is also useless.This store has major problems with Leah

Desired outcome: Retrain the store manage on employees relationship or fire her.

Well let's see I went into the store on Broadway University in Minneapolis and both the employees are sitting down doing nothing but looking on their phones neither one of them will modify us and then they wanna argue maybe you should have your bosses and are some management that you can whip them in the shape and tell them to get off their black a** lazy a** m************ get your s*** straight

Speedway Lack of receipt at the pump

Dear Person;

I have purchased gasoline from the Speedway two blocks from my home for many years. I cannot seem to get a receipt printed out at any of the pumps. I am a 100% service connected veteran of three branches of the services. I am

an amputee and it is difficult for me to enter and exit my vehicle so I am forced to do that twice to get one fill up and one receipt. When I mentioned to the attendant, while standing on crutches, this fact, all she said was this has been going on for quite a while and I should tell someone besides her or the store because she was not able to get it fixed. Is this any way to treat a lifelong customer and disabled veteran?

Other stations in the area don't seem to have a similar problem, so why does this store at 502 Conant St. in Maumee, Ohio have this unresolvable problem?

Desired outcome: To be able to gas up and get my receipt at the pump. That's all I want.

Speedway An employee that spoiled my evening and week.

I was at the Batavia Speedway approx. 11:55 pm on Saturday. I walked into the store and asked the gentleman reading his book, may he please open the slot machine door to gambling, he did, and I said thanks. I proceeded to gamble for about 10 minutes. Lost.

At this time, I go to the ATM outside the playing area, got more money, and asked him if he could open the door, please.

He replied," DON'T MAKE THIS THE THEME OFF THE NIGHT."

I told him, dude it's a part of your job, not reading a book.

Then about 2 minutes later he blurted out, "I HOPE YOU LOSE IT ALL." [ I was the only person in the entire store before it was asked how do I know he was talking to me.}

I told him then get another job, you show you don't like this one daily. and hate customers. Then he waves the phone at me and threatens to get me escorted out. I told him to call whomever, I did nothing, but follow store rules while playing slots.

I want a formal apology and compensation for the rudeness and poor service. mistreatment. He also needs training of some sort. Or to be fired. Plenty of people would be happy to work.
