I gotta say, my experience with Alala was not the best. The peeps working there were nice enough, but man, they really know how to take your cash and run. And honestly, their stuff isn't all that amazing. I've dropped a ton of dough on their gear, only to hit one obstacle after another and end up with just one measly item. It's a total rip-off, if you ask me.

So, I got my package from Alala, but it was missing 4 out of the 7 items I ordered. I was pretty bummed out about it, so I contacted the business to see what was up. But, they straight up told me that I was lying and that the items were packed. I mean, come on, why would I lie about something like that? The items were worth around $150 after taxes, so it's not like it was just a small mistake.

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with the whole experience. I don't think I'll ever buy from this brand again. It's just not worth the risk of losing more money. I've even taken this matter to the BBB, and I plan on warning people about this issue. I just don't want anyone else to go through what I did.

Overall, I just want to warn people to be careful when ordering from Alala. It's just not worth the risk of losing your hard-earned money.

So, I decided to take advantage of the BOGO promo on Alala's website and ordered two items. However, when I received the confirmation e-mail, I was a bit confused as it listed each item at full price with no total. Being a bit skeptical, I contacted their customer service to confirm that it was indeed a BOGO promo. After a few back and forth e-mails, I finally received confirmation that I would only be charged for one item.

When the items arrived, I was pleased with the quality, but there were a few things that caught me off guard. The leggings were higher waist than I expected, which wasn't a huge deal, but the top had multicolor sparkles that were not clearly described on the website. I was a bit disappointed as I don't typically wear sparkly clothing, but I decided to keep the items anyway.

However, a few days later, I realized that I needed to return the items due to a sizing issue. I checked the return policy beforehand, but when I tried to initiate the return process on their website, I kept receiving an error message saying that the items were not eligible for return. I was confused and frustrated, so I e-mailed their customer service several times. Unfortunately, all they kept sending me was a link to the return portal, which was not helpful at all.

After a few more attempts, I finally received a return label, but at this point, I had lost trust in the company. I decided to keep the items and will dispute any charges if they charge me the wrong amount. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Alala and would hesitate to order from them again.

Yo, listen up! I had the same problem as that other person who left a comment on this post. Don't even think about buying from Alala! I ordered a bunch of stuff during their 25% off sale - 2 sweaters, 4 tops, and 3 leggings - but I only got 3 items in my package. Can you believe that? I was so mad! When I contacted Alala, they said they checked their "cameras" and everything was packed. But I know for a fact that the bag my items came in was too small to fit all that stuff. It looked like it had been opened and sealed again, too. So either Alala is lying, or someone who works for them is stealing items and then resealing the packages. Either way, it's not cool. I demanded a refund, but Alala didn't want to give me one. So I had to go to my credit card company and do a chargeback. Thank goodness they were able to help me out! I was about to lose $500 worth of clothes! I order stuff online all the time, and I've never had this kind of problem with any other store. So yeah, I'm never buying from Alala again. They're either stealing from their customers or they've hired someone who's a thief. Don't waste your money!
