While I understand the need for safety precautions when shipping hazardous materials, I was disappointed that this information was not made clear to me before I made my purchase. Additionally, I was left wondering if I would receive a refund for the $8.00 I had already paid for shipping, as the $167.07 was charged to my FEDEX account.
