Hello
I have talked with many executives working with Ebix since one month without any action on my request to encash my forex card balance. Customer care at Mercury gave contact no. 8380098003 who diverted me to Swapnil @ Hinjewai [protected]) who asked to write email with details and responded nothing as final action but asking his Mumbai teammates to act on my request.
Below contacts have been misguiding me continuously since last three weeks.
