I have been using Singtel for a long time and so far I have no issues with your service til only today when I went for your pop up stall at Killney Singpost to do my simcard upgrade. I reached around 5pm and just nice no que when i reach the stall i was ask if sim chnge then i said yes, then asked me of Singpass in a rushing way then i asked do they need my pass too then said singpass singpass singpass then i open my singpass and show and asked me scan scan in a rushing way thats the time I told the guy assisting me not to rush as I am only one person and theres no que in my polite and calm way. He answered back that he is afraid I do not understand the instruction which gave me a surprise that is this how they treat the customers in a different nationality expecting that we do not understand english. I answered him back again in my polite and calm manner that it doesnt mean that if a filipino in front of you it will be difficult to understand the things you are saying. I even adviced him do not be racist. I was not able to get his name but at your premises in Singpost Killiney, you have cctv footage. I hope in future those people chnging sim cards will have a better treatment specially if they are different nationality.
