I downgraded my Singtel mobile plan last month throughout the Singtel app. The customer service staff told me I can try to other service with one-month free charge. I told the staff that I do not need it. And the Singtel still send me the SMS for active the service. I just ignored the SMS. But yesterday I received the Sintel bills, they charge me those services I mentioned I do not need it. I try to talk to Singtel by using the app around 11am, but nobody attended to me about my issue until now. I do not know how to attach the picture for evidence. The G service which I did not sign up. The Singtel charge me without a proper reason.
