Shoppers Drug Mart review: Staff at beauty counter store 1230

12:00 today I went to store 1230 to return a eyeliner I bought a few days ago I couldn't put on the eyeliner the point on the eyeliner is very narrow and goes in my eyes it's too small for my hands as I have problem with nerves in my arms and hands. The cashiers at the beauty counter said they don't take back if it's open and nothing is malfunctioning or something is wrong with the product. I told her I always shop here and this is new or she doesn't know she ask someone else and she said no we dont take back opened products I then ask for management and she came to give me a refund... why they work there and don't know look on the shoppers site under refunds it don't say opened make up can not get a refund I always shop at shoppers buy my face cream and make up and other products. I think cashiers and other staff should learn about refunds and other store policies before working. just because the girl was telling me a story about refunds I wasn't happy!
