Call me old fashioned, but what happened to service with a smile? There are no smiles from Clement, the bad-temepered pharmacist at Yonge Eglinton. She has no service skills. I asked her what eye drops I should buy to clear up my daughter's red-eye. Clement pointed out three different boxes on the shelf. "That one, that one and that one." She said, and then turned her back on me and walked into the pharmacy area to do who-knows-what. I may have been asking an easy-to-answer question, but I would like a little bit of instruction from a pharmacist, because it makes me feel reassured to talk to someone about how to use it, and I was a little worried. Anyway, terrible bedside manners. Even if you're feeling tired or overworked, please have a good attitude for the customers.
Desired outcome: It would be nice if Clement's manager talks to her about being more courteous and service-oriented.
