A month ago I asked the pharmacist for Bill Berry. 1 came in and call back the next week for the second. 3 trips and, OH it’s the morning pharmacist that looks after that. You will have to call back in the morning.
We do our shopping on Thursday - we come from out of town. I left our phone number - they promised to callback. They didn’t.
I cannot reach anyone in New Liskeard, the phone rings endlessly.

Say, Customer service is a low priority in-store & head office! Explains a lot.
