I have been a customer of Shoppers Drug Mart for 30 yrs +, for the past 6 t0 12 months I have experience often late opening with no excuse or reason, I know this not professional and tired of it repeating week after week almost every time I come to the store at 455 Bank st, ottawa, Ont.
