I began calling the pharmacy at Hillside Mall at about 3:00 PM today, Thursday, July 2, 2026. I was apparently third in line. Despite having continuously being assured my call was important to them and they would be with me in a moment, I have been, as of this writing, been on the line for one hour and fifty minutes. I can provide a screenshot of that time if you need it. This is disrespectful to your customers. I shall now avoid shopping there and would never recommend the place to anyone.
