Shoppers Drug Mart review: No name brand eggs

We buy about 16 dozen eggs per month to eat healthy breakfasts.On Sundays I make eggs and ham or p-mea last Sunday oct4/226 I was preparing eggs and opened a new carton we bought at shoppers Kapuskasing,and out came a gross egg and the yolk was all red.The batch of eggs already in the bowl were ruined.I open one egg from all 9 other cartons and the eggs were all the same.I returned them to the store the manager was ok,but the older lady had a bit of attitude with me.I told her I was 78 years old and I have never seen such grose eggs in my life.She said oh it was because the supplier was changing feed.In the mean time I am still out half dozen eggs and the cost to return them back to the store.I went to Walmart and bought 6 dozen eggs and they are all fresh and the yolks are just like a egg should look abright light yellow yolk.In one year at shoppers we spend close to 800 dollars on eggs and 300 dollars on milk plus prescriptions.This not couning the thousands of dollars we spend on every other tjhing we buy at shoppers.I am so not impressed with this situation, you really need a good supplier for your eggs,and every item you purchase for resale
